From Naples to Our Community
The journey of 'Dough Maestro's Pizzeria' began with an ambition: to share true Neapolitan pizza with Rome. The Bianchi clan established our small family venture in 1985, using time-honored recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Bianchi, our pioneer, acquired her pizza-crafting skills during her Italian voyage, apprenticing with celebrated pizza masters in Naples, where pizza was born. Once back in the UK, her mission was to recreate the essence of legitimate Italian pizza, employing age-old traditions and premium ingredients.
Starting with just a 12-seat eatery, we have flourished into a cherished neighborhood gem while staying true to our roots in quality and genuineness. Our age-old wood-fired oven process, daily hand-made dough, and top-notch ingredients have remained unchanged.
'Dough Maestro's Pizzeria' is still held and cherished by the Bianchi family, now with the second generation at the forefront of our devoted team. We hold onto our traditional spirit as we incorporate contemporary touches, with our foundational principle unaltered: crafting delectable, genuine pizzas that unite our community.
